The Role:

The Senior Partnership Operations Specialist is part of our POPs team and is responsible for the revenue and gross profit growth of our B2B Brands , Startups, ExpertMarket, WBE) as well as our Partner Network through effective management of CPL and CPC placements, CTR optimisations, RPV target delivery and managing the monetization strategy for our B2B Brands and across our Partner Network.

Additionally, this role will support our New Money initiative from a B2B Brands monetization perspective by working closely with the commercial sales and Brands functions to package and execute content sponsorship and advertising across MVF's B2B brands.

Our ultimate goal is to extract maximum yield across our Brands and Partnerships channel while supporting internal and external KPIs.


Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for B2B Brands and Partnerships Revenue and GP delivery against commercial targets alongside existing POPs leadership
  • Lead day to day monetization work across B2B brands including updating and maintaining links and widgets, RPV reporting, tracking and optimization based on Client delivery needs
  • Support New Money initiatives as it relates to content sponsorship and advertising on B2B brands, including tenancies, advertorials, content sponsorship, whitepaper/ebooks and more by pricing, packaging, managing, reporting and optimising campaigns
  • Manage monetization test roadmap and pipeline including implementing and tracking tests in coordination with Pops, Brand Editors and CRO team to drive increased yield across our B2B Brands and Partner Network via widgets, feeds and/or links
  • Ensure all B2B Brand and Partner Network traffic delivers on or below our client quality targets; identify and propose solutions to improve quality issues if/when they arise
  • Collaborate closely with MOPS (and Sales) to manage client and subcategory budgets/delivery strategy and communicating key commercial opportunities across all monetization types
  • Work closely with Partnership Sales and Sales to ensure key live and pipeline clients are aligned and supported with current traffic across our B2B Brands and Partner Network
  • Conduct daily/weekly health checks with the PDMs to deliver actions that increase GP and client quality metrics
  • Work with the Partnership sales team and Pops team to identify commercial opportunities to expand existing or support new client selling
  • Use indepth knowledge of Publishing and SEO content to help devise innovative ideas and to drive performance for both internal and external Partners
  • Perform analysis, manipulate datasets and monitor ongoing Brands and Partner performance and disposition data to ensure we are consistently delivering against plan
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with members of other functions including Brands to facilitate regular and effective ideasharing to unlock key insights and commercial opportunities

What Success Looks Like:


  • Monetization and contribution from B2B Brands increases significantly to drive further GP for MVF
  • Overall Partnerships revenue and GP growth continues to meet or exceed Plan targets
  • RPV becomes a metric wellknown and championed across MVF; wins and successes can be shared and translated to our Partners
  • Develop enduring and quality relationships to drive success for all stakeholders: Brands, Partners, Clients and MVF
  • Leverage existing experience across Brands, SEO and CRO to drive success for our 200+ Partners across the world, subcats and monetization types
