A role you will love


As a Controls Associate you will work closely with our team to provide delivery of client requests for internal control information.

You will be working closely with various business areas and clients on a global scale.


In this role you will be responsible for supporting clients in control information requests and working with our various business areas to provide information to our clients in a timely manner.


Some key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and facilitation of onsite client visits and external audit visits.
  • Satisfy client assurance requests through the completion and delivery of client questions and requests for information (RFI) in relation to internal controls.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of client engagements.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently throughout the business and with Computershare external auditors. Be a supporter of change, including identifying enhancement opportunities and challenging the status quo, to improve the operation of the audit function.

What will you bring to the role?
You will be working with stakeholders both internally and externally across the wider business, so communication will be key. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people from across the business.


Organization and analytical skills are key within this role, being able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner is also critical.

  • Experience of working within set processes, policies & procedures.
  • Analytical skills for analysing internal and external data.
  • Project management skills on small to medium scale projects with demonstrated success.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to read, analyse and interpret information and investigate where necessary.
  • Excellent written and communication skills. Experience collaborating with a range of colleagues within an organisation.
