Description
FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper vacancy for a reputable business based in Coleshill.

The role offers a wide range of transactional finance duties working alongside the Financial Controller and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for either a step up in their career and wanting further exposure & opportunities OR those looking for a secure role with a reputable business.

The business use Sage 50 & MS Excel, are office based & offers an immediate start (of course willing to wait notice for those in work at present).


Duties will include:
Management of the Purchase Ledger
Management of the Sales Ledger
Assisting with the preparation of management accounts / month-end closure
Raising sales / purchase invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Processing supplier invoices and assisting with weekly payment runs
Processing expense claims for employees
Producing ad-hoc reports for the Financial Controller & Managing Director
