Meraki Talent are partnered with one of the UK's largest banking and financial services institutions to appoint a Client Service Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis.

This opportunity is based in Edinburgh city centre.

The purpose of the Client Service Specialist is to support the delivery of client service excellence as well as managing risks and issues on a daily basis.

Duties:

Manage and resolve queries
Establish and maintain exceptional working relationships
Support account managers and client service team leaders to improve overall client experience
Assist with resolving complaints and escalations
Recognising when problems should be transferred to relevant departments

To be considered you must:

Have experience working in a client facing role
Have experience building and managing complex relationships
Have a cando attitude and willingness to learn
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
