Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Assistants to join our clients team.

As Machine assistant is a vital part and piece of the production line, you are one of the last individuals to check the quality and standard of the products before packaging the product up accordingly; to meet the customer's requirement/request.

The role requires a keen eye for detail and you will be packaging and sorting products at the end of the line.

Production based background
Willing to build knowledge of new skills and tasks
A good understanding of working in a safe manner
Working as part of a team or able to work on own initiative
Contribute to a zero tolerance for nonconforming products.
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
Positive and professional attitude
The hours are 37.5 hours a week, over a 3rotating shift pattern that include mornings, evenings and nights.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge is useful but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Salary:
From £484.84 per week (Machine Assistant T3 starting salary)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday working on a three shift pattern
Mornings: 6:00 to 14:00 to Monday to Thursday and Friday 06:00 to 11:30
Afternoons: 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 11.30 to 17:00
Nights: 22:00 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 17:00 to 22:30
Working week is 37.5 hours (all breaks paid) and overtime is payable there after.
