_OPERATIONS __COORDINATOR_**
_ Leicester Head Office, LE67 6HS_
**_

THE ROLE_**We are currently recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our busy team based at our Leicester Head Office, where you will be responsible for assisting the Operations teams, providing efficient, accurate, effective, proactive administrative support.


_ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Providing administrative support and cover to the Manufacturing Operations team plus our clay factory teams on the Leicester site
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues/internal stakeholders
  • Manage training courses, providers and learners, including registrations, generating course information, managing withdrawals and waitlists
  • Liaise with finance to maintain accurate budget data in relation to allocated cost centre expenditure.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCES_**- Excellent Microsoft office skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience of working within an administration function
  • Ability to work to tight deadline

CANDIDATE PROFILE_**You will have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, and be an outstanding team player with energy and drive.

Highly organised, flexible and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple priorities, with effective engagement and communication skills, and the ability to challenge effectively


You will be proactive, resourceful and self-motivated, with a high level of detail focus, with good IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint packages.

Previous experience of working within an administration function would be desirable.
