Esso Hele Cross Service Station Are Looking For An Articulate & Personable Office Assistant.We Are A Small Company With A Busy Environment This Position Requires A Flexible Individual Who Can Work On Their Own Initiative
This Is A Part Time Role & A Morning Position,
Working Monday - Friday Approximately 20 Hours Per Week.
Duties To Include:
Cash Handling & Reconciliation Of Tills, Preparing The Cash For Banking Collection
Entering Data Onto Excel Spreadsheets
Inputting Information Into Back Office Along With Balancing Shifts, Investigating Any Cash Discrepancies & Escalating If Required.
Sage Accounts - Purchase Ledger/ Sales Ledger & Banking
Cash Handling Experience Is Essential
Sage Accounting Would Be Advantageous.
We Are Looking For A Confident, Organised Individual, Previous Administrative Experience Is A Must Along With An Eye For Detail & Excellent Communication Skills.
