Resales Administrator - Croydon, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
My client, a national Housing Association, seek an experienced administrator in their Customer Journey Team Support based inCroydon.This role is part of the wider Customer Experience team which serves to ensure the customer receives the best service ateach touch point of their journey of moving into their new home with us.
In this key role, you'll support the Resales teams to respond to initial queries in a clear, professional way and ensure that the customer database is updated with accurate data.
You'llprovide general support to the team including, reporting, diary management and minute taking.Some of the other key duties include:
Ensuring all completed customer files are fully auditable and HE compliant
Completing & uploading all Core Log data onto web portal for all completed plots for HE
Provide team support by setting up new entrants and embedding them as part of the team
Providing team support for staircase and resale enquiries
Maintaining inboxes for Resales & Staircasing
Regular update and summary report of weekly/ monthly enquiries
Data management of tracker
Manage reports and systems for CRM database
We are looking for someone with proven experience within a customer focused environment and excellent IT skills.
You'll come to us with experience of data management systems and a high level of accuracy to create documents, reports and files at short deadlines.
Ideally you'll have some experience of the conveyancing process and Shared Ownership but this is not essential.Immediate start
Ongoing temp booking
£15.05 per hour PAYE
Hybrid working (WFH + 1 day Croydon / 1 day London Bridge)
