Description

Maintenance Caretaker
Mature person required with handyman knowledge and general DIY skills.

Duties-
Your main role will encompass a variety of duties that will encompass a variety of DIY skills

You will be asked to carry out certain handyman tasks such as, painting, changing of light bulbs, unblocking sinks, external cleaning duties, assisting with removals and furniture.

The working hours will be
Monday to Friday Term Time Only.

Requirements:

Must be personable, and approachable
Willing to assist and adapt skills to meet requirements
Presentable and articulate
Previous handy man experience is preferable
Ability to complete general admin/ recording tasks
Enhanced DBS will be required (this can be applied for by the company)
Immediate start available (DBS pending)

This position is a permanent position at a rate of £11.50

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary:
£8.50 per hour
