Part Time Administrator

Brentwood, Essex

£22,500 per annum, pro rata

Monday to Friday, 8am - 12:30pm (22.5 hours)

Please note, this is a fully office-based role

My client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy in the heart of Brentwood is seeking a highly motivated Administrator to join their team on a part time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director of People, you will be an ambassador of the company brand and demonstrate passion and commitment to the company, your team and the customers.


Duties:


  • Being the first point of contact for visitors to the organisation and ensuring that the office area is well maintained
  • New starter set up (IT equipment and workstations)
  • Organising company social events such as Macmillan Coffee Mornings, Christmas parties, summer events and much more
  • Ordering equipment, stationery, office supplies and managing stock levels
  • Assisting in office logistics
  • Creating, completing, filing and updating company records, documents and systems
  • Diary management for Senior Management Team
  • Coordination of meeting room bookings
  • Health and Safety checks and weekly fire alarm testing
  • Taking accountability for all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assisting Manager with events
  • Housekeeping and catering duties
  • Managing company's petty cash and charity donations
  • Involvement in adhoc companywide projects
  • General office administration duties not already identified above
  • Previous office administration experience
  • GCSE A-C Level in English and Maths or higher
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Diary management experience is ideal
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines
  • The ability to understand and absorb information quickly
  • Initiative, taking approach to self and professional development
  • Diligent and professional
