Broster Buchanan are recruiting for an exciting buisness for an all-arounds Accounts Assistant within Peterborough

The applicant will play a crucial role within the Financial Department by supporting the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Raising and Registering of invoices
  • Debtor Reviews
  • Daily bank reconciliation for Direct Debits and Credit
  • Contribute to month end procedures (journals, Fixed Assets)
  • Month end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Summarise weekly payments for Director approval
  • Liaising with Customers to ensure payments are made when invoices are due.

Requirements:


  • Must have experience within Purchase and Sales Ledger administration
  • Confident, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Good Organisational and communication skills
  • Work well within a Finance Team
  • Experienced within Excel (Pivot Tables and V Look ups)
