The Finance and Accountancy Division at the One Group is recruiting for a Credit Controller on the behalf of a family-owned company based on the outskirts of Northampton.

As the Credit Controller, you will responsible for:

  • Managing a number of allocated accounts via a queue system
  • Liaising with debt management agencies
  • Taking overdue payment over the telephone
  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their agreement
  • Reviewing customers credit files
  • Any other duties when required
The successful Credit Controller will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assertiveness and resilient
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex customer matters
  • Good communication
  • Previous experience in customer service, credit control or a challenging role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
