Responsibilities:

Essential selection criteria

Active integration into the research focus "Engineering for Health" with the research centres BRICS and PVZ
Close cooperation with the local research partners of the TU (HZI, DSMZ, PTB, JKI, TI)
Very good command of the English language and willingness to teach in English
Willingness to participate in the selfadministration of the university
Willingness to participate in the internationalization of the university and in research
Experience with successful acquisition willingness to raise thirdparty funds

Individual career decisions and career breaks due to parental/family care leave affecting research output will be taken into account by the appointment committee.

Requirements, - 25 NHG

A degree in a relevant field
Pedagogical aptitude
Special qualification for indepth independent scientific work, as a rule proven by an aboveaverage doctorate
Additional academic achievements, usually within the framework of a junior professorship, a postdoctoral degree (Habilitation) or through achievements equivalent to a Habilitation
