Adecco are delighted to be supporting our successful client based in Newbury who are recruiting a Service Support Coordinator.

The role is offering a salary up to £26,500 plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, private healthcare and pension scheme.


Duties include:

  • Provide support to the Customer Service Engineering team with regards to management of fault calls, material and spares requirements.
  • Ensure that reports are followed up and spares are replenished.
  • Carry out first fix online wherever possible and escalate to engineers if required.
  • Receive service calls direct from the customers and provide basic first line technical support prior to logging the service call.
  • Ensure that these calls are attended to within the given SLA time and follow ups are dealt with efficiently.
  • Regularly review works in progress and report to the Coordinator with updates.
  • Process invoices for completed works and contracts.
  • Provide customer specific and performance reports
  • Regularly report on activity, both internally, and to customer.
  • Provide immediate feedback and options to resolve any major issue that arise.
  • Strong administration, organisational and system skills are required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer and database skills
