We are currently seeking Call Centre Advisors to join our NHS client, in Norwich. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get out of retail/hospitality.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling non-emergency calls
  • Provide accurate assistance over the telephone using triaging tools
  • Interaction with public and healthcare professionals, emergency services and community organisations
