We're seeking a future team member for the role of London Site Co-Ordinator. This role is based in London (hybrid).


Department/Team overview


The London Management Office oversees a plethora of projects, organises a variety of events and activities across London, supporting the Leadership Teams to ensure execution of the London site Strategy.

This includes maximising employee engagement, developing the BNY Mellon presence in both London and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Deputise for the Site leads both within and outside the organization when required
  • Prepare, present, and interpret communications for the Site Leads
  • Leading and steering the coordination of high profile visits.
  • Monitor and manage the London's Management Office site budget
  • Oversees employee led activities and ensures that they align to the London Strategies.
  • Communications and marketing
  • Holds facilities' vendors to account in order to provide the best possible work experience for employees.
  • Demonstrate authority and expertise to effectively direct peers and those greater seniority on behalf of leadership
  • Supports site leads with administrative duties including, but not limited to, meeting arrangement and calendar management
  • Analyse, refine and present data to inform decision making for senior leader

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
  • Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
  • Possessing crossfunctional experience in human resource planning, finance, accounting, and MIS
