This post is employed by the London Borough of Islington, based within Adopt London North but working on behalf of the four Adopt London Regional Adoption Agencies, and in close partnership with LBTC.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Black Adoption Project full time at a key juncture in our work and to make a real impact on reducing disparities in the lives of Black children and families. Reporting to the Steering Committee and senior leaders, you will be responsible for driving forward our ambitious agenda to undertake and evaluate a series of pilot projects as well as maintaining and developing key stakeholder and community relationships. You will support communication about the Black Adoption Project with a wide range of regional and national stakeholders, and ensure that all areas of work are undertaken in a way that is consistent with our project principles and theory of change.
