Responsibilities
- Is comfortable in a professional and high performing team.
- Can translate customer requirements into viable and performant solutions.
- Understands the importance of user focussed design.
- Can work as part of an agile team, understanding your role and how you integrate with the wider team.
- Has the knowledge of the Appian landscape and keeps up to date with the latest releases and updates to ensure they can take advantage of what the platform has to offer.
- Can contribute to the development of designs and proofs of concept to support the commercial / bids teams.
- Challenges assumptions and uses data driven decision making to provide the optimal balance between theory and practicality.
- Keeps up to date with the latest capabilities and trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years working with Appian
- Minimum Appian level 1 certified
- Minimum of 2 Appian implementations / projects Experience of working with agile frameworks / methodologies
