My well-established Sales, Distribution & Manufacturing client are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This is great opportunity to shine within marketing and be a role model for marketing excellence.

Duties:
-

Develop and implement Marketing Strategies on behalf of the company.
Create and manage marketing campaigns.
Creating content for all marketing related collateral
Using analytical insight and identify ways to improve customer experience.
Manage planning and implementation of promotional campaigns.
Ownership of brand management and corporate identity
Ensure all marketing activities are carried out within the requirements of GDPR Regulations.
Be the marketing and customer voice within the business and working collaboratively with other teams in the business.
Ability to analyse and present at Managers meetings.
Continue to develop internal communication initiatives including employee engagement and employee retention.
Manage external supplier / stakeholder relationships, such as 3rd party agencies to ensure the successful and cost

- effective provision of services and marketing objectives.

Key skills:
-

Existing marketing management experience
Must hold a Marketing degree
Be commercially astute and able to monitor measures of commercial success and respond to market trends.
Excellent analytical skills to understand statistical data to be able to report and deliver to management team.
Handson approach to working.
The ability to think outside the box and challenge the norm.
Dynamic with an outgoing personality and the desire to succeed.
