Band 3 Physiotherapy Team Administrator - 26 hrs p/wk
An opportunity has arisen for a new Physiotherapy Administrator within our MSK Physiotherapy Teams at Newton Abbot and Torbay Hospitals.
You will be primarily based at Newton Abbot but will assist the Torbay team for one day a week on the Physiotherapy Reception.
If you are hardworking and looking for a new challenge then this could be the job for you.You will be required to use your own initiative and have the ability to prioritise work.
Your role will include supervision of Band 2 admin staff, so being a good communicator is essential, as well as having a confident telephone manner and comprehensive IT skills.

To support the Physiotherapy staff, across Newton Abbot and Torbay Musculoskeletal Outpatient departments, and the wider TSDFT Localities of Ashburton, Totnes and Dartmouth.
To provide high quality administrative and reception support at Newton Abbot and Torbay Hospital MSK Physiotherapy departments.
To provide supervision and mentorship to Band 2 Physiotherapy Admin staff.
Your role will include meeting the challenge of managing time and organising work effectively, whilst working under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
As part of the wider MSK Physiotherapy Admin Team, you will also provide admin support to the whole physiotherapy team, as needed, enabling them to provide a first-class service to the Torbay and South Devon Community.
