Sales Coordinator
I am currently looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to my established clients sales team, based in the heart of Burton on Trent.
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
This is a Monday to Friday, Office Based role. Salary is between £22,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience. Performance bonuses also on offer
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports
- Generate technical quotations based on initial client requirements and specifications
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Win new clients and business by building and maintaining relationships
- Closing quotations and sales including commercial terms
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
About you:

Your main characteristics need to be:
- 2 or more years working within an office administration/sales environment
- Experience with sage and CRM advantageous
- Experienced in preparing technical quotes an advantage
- Friendly and positive appearance with the target to develop good relationships with customers
- You are a teamplayer and a confident communicator with a solid and responsible attitude
- You are a resultsdriven, selfstarting sales talent with technical/IT background and skills combined with a handson mentality
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
