This role entails

We have a fantastic opportunity for 3 x Production Finance Assistants to join the ITV Studios production teams, providing comprehensive finance support to the show Production Accountants.

Key responsibilities:

Check and approve expenses within the ITV guidelines
Assisting with clearing production floats and corporate cards
Run and use reports to cross reference information with production cost trackers
Raise purchase orders in a timely manner
Raise Talent expense payments on TalPay
Liaise with Payroll, Talent Payments and the Business Service Centre re production queries
Responsible for setting up new supplier accounts
Raising freelance contracts on Freecon
Adhoc financial duties as required by the Production Accountant and Finance team

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the Minimum role criteria:

Experience working in a finance administration job previously is essential
You will ideally have experience of working in a busy, deadlinedriven environment

The Key role criteria is as follows:

Must have exceptional excel skills
Must have an eye for detail, being particular in all of the information you deal with
Must be resilient, whilst also being adaptable to a changing environment.
You will have excellent communication skills
Strong ability to engage and build relationships with differing levels of seniority across the business
Must be able to plan and manage your own workload

Salary Range:
£23,000 to £25,000
