Description

As a Sales Administrator, you'll have a key role within the Business Mobile team of a rapidly growing business, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations.**
The Details:Location - Fully office based with our fun and vibrant team in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)

Hours - Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)

Holiday - 29 days per year PLUS additional 'MyTime' leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments

Salary - £24,000 per annum

What you'll be doing:


  • Providing administrative sales support to the Business Mobile team, handling all customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Data management, maintaining accurate and uptodate customer and sales records ensuring data integrity.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information and other relevant details.
  • Generate reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provisioning of mobile orders.
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch of hardware to arrange for timely product delivery.
  • Track and monitor order fulfilment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and organise salesrelated documents, contracts and agreements.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members to ensure they have access to necessary resources and information.
  • Assisting customer at and after point of sale, including welcome call and verification summary, handling any queries.
  • Partner support, including utilising feedback to drive continuous improvement in products, services and the overall customer experience.
  • Continuous learning, keeping up to date with advancements in telecommunications technology, industry trends, and best practices.
