As a Barclays Culture Engagement & Insights Partner you'll be joining the Culture Analytics team, engaging with different business stakeholders to execute culture change initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a knowledgeable team, where you will be responsible for managing the Culture Measurement Framework, identifying, and sharing insights from these measurement frameworks with stakeholders both in HR and within the business, and partnering with them to embed the desired culture and behaviour change across the Group.

Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Shaping, driving, and operationalising the approach for embedding culture programmes across the organisation
  • Working and supporting crossfunctionally within PA&C (People Analytics & Culture) and across HR to embed culture programmes and culture analytics products
  • Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to execute culture change programmes and working in a customer centric, effective, and impactful way
  • Ensuring the adherence to HR/Group policies and standards, Governance, and internal controls
  • Reviewing data and insights from multiple sources and connecting the dots to provide recommendations to management
  • Managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders through the delivery of working groups or programme teams

What we're looking for:


  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills, being capable of working across multiple projects and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand all data tools and platforms used in PAC for Culture Measurement, such as the People Insight Platform, Qualtrics Dashboards, and other data platforms
  • Communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, being able to manage stakeholders within HR and the business and to adapt the style accordingly
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, with experience producing senior level presentations in PowerPoint

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Professional or academic experience working on culture change programmes, with culture measurement products and tools is preferred
  • Background in organisational behaviour or behavioural science would be advantageous
  • Ability to bring expertise into our Culture Change initiatives and products to ensure they are being executed based on external best practices
  • Experience translating complex technical details into simple, compelling narratives that lead the customer to tangible actions they can take to address business challenges

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and it is easily accessible by tube and bus links.

With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.

Northampton


Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.

Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
