We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Undergraduate to join our team based in Caterham, Surrey, on a year's placement.

You will be an integral member of the HR team supporting a broad range of operational HR functions. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in HR Project work.

About you:

Studying a relevant degree e.g Human Resources Management, Business Management or Business Administration, or similar.
Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of people across the business.
Be competent on various IT systems but particularly Microsoft office suite.
It is essential that you can commence the placement in May, June or latest early July and live within a commutable distance of our offices in Caterham (at least an hour).

Along with a generous salary of £23,400 p/a and other company perks, you will benefit from structured mentoring and coaching to support your development in the HR arena.
