Finance Administrator
Cwmbran
£ £11.16 per Hour + Holiday Pay
Temporary Opportunity until July 2023
Responsibilities will include:
1) Deal with invoices, to ensure they are processed efficiently and effectively within agreed timescales
2) Enter new orders onto system and post all invoices
3) Liaise with various managers across the business to ensure orders are placed correctly
4) Set up new sub-contractors to ensure they comply with HMRC and company policies
5) Keep up to date records of equipment returns on a weekly basis and verify against invoices received
6) Deal with any finance related queries
7) Filing and archiving of all associated paperwork
8) Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role
It is essential you possess strong communication skills, coupled with a 'can do attitude'.
