Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team as a temporary Recruitment Administrator. This role offers hybrid working.

Summary


You will deliver excellent service by working as part of the internal recruitment Team to deliver efficient recruitment administration support.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for handling recruitment administrative queries
  • Administering the recruitment inbox dealing with queries within SLA
  • Writing and posting adverts
  • Dealing with and shortlisting advert response
  • Speaking with and screening potential applicants
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Booking and arranging interviews
  • Dealing with and providing interview feedback

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • An understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to grasp system quickly, IT savvy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
