Description

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a SEND school in Liverpool to find a Behaviour Support Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide pastoral support to students,
  • Assist the teacher with the development and implementation of Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model.
  • Support children on a 1:1 or small group basis,
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, teachers, SENCO's and external agencies.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with children in any capacity.
  • Knowledge of different types of SEND.
  • 2 employment or education references.
