We are continuing our exciting journey of change which focuses on supporting our residents to live healthier lives longer, promoting independence and wellbeing, whilst delivering personalised services in partnership with them.

Working with people and their families and carers' remains a central part of what we do to ensure that they are able to make choices and decisions about their lives.

Focusing upon individual outcomes; putting the person in control and making the best use of our resources are at the heart of our Adult Social Care Strategy.

If you are committed to adults having choice and control over their support, maximising opportunities for independence and well-being and working in partnership, then this is the job for you.
