An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the medicine operational team based at Colchester hospital.
As the operational coordinator you will work closely with the service manager to ensure effective operational management.

The post holder will need to demonstrate knowledge of RTT and have excellent communication skills, with proven experience of managing a team.

This is a fast paced and busy role, so applicants must have good prioritisation skills.

Alongside management of the administration team, you will be required to support the senior management team to continually improve performance within the CDG.
