We're thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning consultancy as their Principal / Associate Agri-Environmental Consultant, in their Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
About the job:
You'll be working with a talented Landscape Planning and Management team on a variety of rural environment projects across the UK.
You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects, including the design and evaluation of agri-environment schemes and projects to support nature recovery, climate resilience, and carbon management.
As the Principal / Associate Agri-Environmental Consultant, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering a growing portfolio of rural land management projects.
You'll work closely with internal teams to develop multi-disciplinary, strategic responses to rural land use and environmental issues, contribute to bids, and build long-lasting partnerships with other specialists in the field.

About you:
- Experience in environmental land management policy and practice
- Experience providing advice on agriculture, land management, agrienvironment schemes, and interfaces with ecology, landscape, and the historic environment.
- Experience expanding natural capital and climate mitigation work at the local or estate levels
- Sound understanding of social and economic aspects of rural land management, and of environmental legislation, policy, and practice across the UK
- A full UK driving licence is a must
- Experience in successful tender writing would also be highly advantageous
