As a Reservation Sales Agent at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

As a Reservations Sales Agent at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous, & exquisite.
You will be handling a variety of room and restaurants reservation requests, ensuring all guest profiles and preferences are correctly noted in Opera/REVINATE and communicated to the operations team to foster guest satisfaction and repeat business.
You will contribute to the growth of the accommodation and food & beverage business, maximising occupancy, and revenue, through initiative-taking selling and effectively converting enquiries into sales.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.
You will work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Your charisma, individuality and positive energy
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
- Able to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends
