Administrator (Referrals Co-Ordinator)
Location - Fitzalan Medical Centre and Wick Surgery

Permanent Contract

Rate of Pay - based on experience and reviewed after probation period


The Practice:


Fitzalan Medical Group is an NHS general medical services (GMS) practice, with a registered patient list of around 16,000 patients.

The practice is an independent business owned and operated by a partnership of two Doctors and a Managing Partner. It has a supporting staff of salaried doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, paramedic practitioners, pharmacists, clerical staff and managers. In all there are around 60 members of staff. The Administration Team provide essential support to the whole of the Practice and its different Departments.


The Role:


They will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy adapting to changing priorities, remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a busy team.

They will also demonstrate a good attention to detail and a consistent desire to see patients well cared for.
