If you do, this role is perfect for you Here at Peabody, we have opportunity for a Building Safety Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract at our Westminster Bridge Road office.


A bit about the role:


As a Building Safety Administrator, you will support the Building Safety Managers in helping to ensure Peabody buildings are safe for residents and visitors.

Develop new working practices in response to new Building Safety legislation as it emerges.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Administering the Building Safety Records for all buildings in scope. Keeping them up to date and providing information to residents in a timely manner.
  • Keeping up to date the risk priority scores for all buildings identified by the new regulations. Reporting progress of investigation or remedial work and how this affects the risk profile of Peabody stock
  • Liaising with operational teams to resolve risks of any serious and/or imminent danger and prioritising actions arising from Building Safety inspections in order to attend to the most significant issues first.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our customers.
  • Providing administrative support when procuring the services of consultants engaged to carry out the fire risk assessments or investigations. Ensuring reports that are received are complete and as specified. Managing and reporting on actual and forecasted costs against budget.
