Sales & Service Adviser

Circa £24,000 Salary (dependant on experience)

Full Time position,

Permanent Contract

Location:
Boston Spa


Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm

About the role:


Your responsibilities:


  • To provide specialist level customer service and technical support within the business, including selling and giving advice on an approved range of NFU Mutual products and, where appropriate, NIS/nonNFU Mutual products and associated products and services.
  • To play a key role in the identification of opportunities and the introduction of Life Business, working with our Financial Adviser to help achieve the Boston Spa/Harrogate Agencies objectives.
  • Carry out the duties of the role in accordance with NFU Mutual's Training and Competence Scheme competently and professionally.
  • To assist in the development and growth of our client base, supporting both sales and retentionrelated initiatives and activities.
  • Support the team, team manager and partner agents to achieve the business objectives and help deliver our strategic plan aims.
  • Build strong longterm relationships with the range of target clients through customer focused activity and standards, including but not limited to proactive renewal management.
  • Help deliver a great team working environment through positive engagement with colleagues and respectful approach at all times.
  • Have positive working relationships with Agency colleagues, NFU Mutual, Underwriters, Trainers, Sales Consultant and Financial Consultant.
