Looking to recruit Lettings Specialist for this well-established Sales, Lettings and Property Management agency. This role is based at their Newcastle City Centre office.

Enthusiastic and reliable person required with fantastic sales and people skills

The role involves all aspects of negotiation, meeting and greeting clients, attending viewings, call handling, client updates, booking appointments, lead generation, diary management, general administration and assisting the existing team.

This role will suit someone who is motivated and has an ability to prioritise and multi task.

Initially a 12-month contract (with a view to becoming permanent).

Experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Knowledge of the local area is also preferred.

Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri, 10am to 2pm every other Saturday (3.30pm finish one day each week to allow for Saturday working.

Salary:
£19,814.34 per annum
