The Corner School is a specialist school for Children with Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, graded good by Ofsted, and run by the charity Unlocking Potential.
We have children in both key stage 1 and 2, class sizes are no bigger than five children, and all children have talented 1:1 Teaching Assistants.
Our school follows the national curriculum, and we have an excellent professional development opportunity to ensure staff are invested in and are supported.
We have a very friendly and excellent dedicated team of staff who are very proud of the children and their achievements.
Role Overview:
The Behaviour Lead will play a key role in our small school community and be an advocate of effective models of support for individual pupils and groups.
This is a new role reporting directly to the Head Teacher, and represents an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs.
Position:

Hours of work: Full Time (Mon-Fri), Term Time working 39 weeks or option up to 43 weeks

Location: The Corner School, Brent, London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE This would be
pro-rata to
term-time working (+ paid holiday allowance).
