Description
For this communications executive opportunity based in London some key responsibilities will be:

  • Produce communications for new business launches and announcements including, Press releases, Internal communications, Stakeholder communications, Internal & external FAQs, Website copy, Social media copy
  • Collaborate closely with our partners to shape and share their messaging before, during, and following events
  • Manage communications around our innovation hub activation's and famous event gift bags
  • Collaborate closely with our Editor and Marketing Manager to maintain the website
  • Assist in the production of key event deliverables including executive summaries
  • Assist with community engagement during highvolume periods (preevents)
  • Produce communications for our employee value / recruitment proposition
  • Pitch media and maintain rapport with journalists in key markets
  • Compile earned media coverage reports

Profile

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to synthesise complex themes and ideas into concise copy
  • Minimum 12 years experience in communications, PR, copywriting, or marketing
  • You understand how to tailor communications to owned, earned, and paid channels
  • You have an understanding of PR best practices and an awareness of the UK and US media landscapes
  • You are a curious selfstarter who begins by asking why; you take the time to understand the context of various projects before getting stuck in, then drive major results by independently connecting the dots and taking initiative
  • You have experience managing a website via a CMS such as WordPress or equivalent
  • You have a startup mentality; you're a team player, dedicated and diligent
  • You have a cando attitude, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives
