Our amazing #TeambaxterView in Dumbarton is expanding and are on the lookout for nurturing and understanding *female colleagues to join them as Support Practitioners.

We have on full-time and part-time contracts available.


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.

We'll even put you through your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too


The Role
As a Support Practitioner, no two days are ever the same

Baxter View is a fast-paced specialist housing support service for adults with Autism and other complex needs service.

Our large team provides 1:1 support to empower individuals to make choices, promote their independence and live a valued life.

There is never a dull moment at Baxter View, the people we support are very active and enjoy various activities, so we are looking for someone to take an active interest in their hobbies and work with them to achieve their goals.


You will be involved in supporting people in their day to day lives, including housework, personal care, making meals and attending appointments.

As a Support Practitioner you'll need to be empathetic to others and non-judgmental, supportive to colleagues and know how to have fun.


Shift Patterns
Typically, morning shifts start is 8am and back-shifts finish between 8pm & 10pm. Shift times can vary due to responsibilities and events and will include weekends and public holidays.-
