Accounts Payable Assistant
Permanent
35 hours per week
Key duties will include:
- Processing and managing the accounts payable ledger, including logging and processing of supplier invoices and matching invoices against purchase orders
- Communicate with supplies and reconcile statements
- Coordinate with other departments to manage supplier accounts
- Attend weekly/monthly meeting and participate in department projects
- Ad hoc work related to accounts payable
- Be confident with numbers and have a high degree of accuracy
- Experience of working in an accountancy team or a keen interest
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
This is a great opportunity for someone who is either experienced within accounts or looking to move their career into accounts payable.
