Role purpose
To complement our rapidly growing business we are seeking a highly motivated Dispatch Assistant.

This position will be responsible for performing all packing and shipping functions to include distributing, sorting, preparing, labelling and packing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for distributing, preparing, sorting, labelling and packing of all orders.
  • Set up suppliers and operate all shipping equipment.
  • Track down lost orders and documents; performing procedure checks for all packages and orders.
  • Process shipments via FedEx, DHL, DPD, Royal Mail or any other carrier vital information.
  • To have the ability and initiative to solve problems and work to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible able to accommodate fluctuating workloads, tasks types and work schedules
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.

Required skills

  • Team and goal oriented with the ability to work well in a busy deadline driven environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good organisational and time keeping skills with the ability to multitask.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday to work across rotational shifts

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,319.00 per year
