Role
To ensure that all children that attend our Clients Nursery receive high quality of care in a safe and stimulating educational environment that meets their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

Responsibilities:

To deliver high standards of learning and development experiences for all children in the setting including those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability, promoting emotional wellbeing for all.
Carry out daily risk assessments as required to ensure children's play and learning experiences are safe and age appropriate.
To plan and implement stimulating activities both indoors and out to ensure each child is working towards their learning outcomes
Work in close partnership with parents, ensuring close communication is always maintained.
Provide feedback and daily reports to parent and attend parents' meetings.
To supervise and ensure no child is left unattended.
To assist children with personal care including changing nappies.
To support colleagues within the nursery.
Work as part of a team, ensuring day to day tasks are completed in line with nursery demand.
To complete accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of the child by effective delivery of the key person approach.
Familiarise yourself with policies and procedures especially Safeguarding children, Behaviour management, Equal opportunity and Health and Safety.
To ensure records are properly maintained for example daily attendance, accident, and incident.
To attend staff meetings, training and developmental courses as directed by management.

£11.00-£12.00 per hour
