Company DescriptionChubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Fire Consultancy team in Blackburn.
The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.
Working hours hrs per week Monday - Friday (9-5pm)Salary £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Description:
- Proactive management of outstanding joborders, service and call outs
- Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
- Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
- Preparation of reports and weekly KPI information
Qualifications:
- Experience of administration support in a busy environment
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a good level of IT literacy
- Experience of working on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Customer service experience
