Description
Our Redditch Branch are currently recruiting for a UK leading manufacturing company. This client based in the Redditch area specialise in the creation of signs. They strive on customer satisfaction and product creativity.

With continuous success, this company is still growing and are looking to bring on more people to help reach their targets.


Shifts:

Monday to Friday

AM - 6:00am-14:00pm

PM - 14:00pm-22:00pm

  • Rotational shifts*
    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting.
  • Mixing paint and other materials together according to specification or formula.
  • Ensuring facility and spray painting equipment are in good working condition.
  • Follow company requirements to select paint, and match colours of paint following specified colour charts.
  • Responsible for material and minor maintenance.

Skills and requirements:


  • Experience in paint spraying or a similar role.
  • Assembly based experience if possible.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Health and Safety Compliant.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay and benefits:

- £13 per hour

  • Onsite parking
