Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Van Delivery Driver to work with a Facilities Management company covering the South East London/Kent and other areas in the UK.

This full-time position offers Monday to Friday work, delivering machines to retail stores across the UK.


Role Overview:


As a Van Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of machines to various retail locations within the London area and beyond.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive their equipment efficiently and in pristine condition.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver machines to retail stores across the UK.
  • Plan delivery routes efficiently to maximize time and resources.
  • Load and unload machines from the van with care and attention to detail.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and provide updates on delivery progress.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements:


  • Valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in van delivery or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Midlands area and the ability to navigate using GPS.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy equipment.
