Are you an Operations Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Look no further Accept Recruitment is currently looking for an operations administrator for our valued client based in Avonmouth (BS11).


Key Details:


  • Position: Operations Administrator
  • Location: Avonmouth, BS11
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00
  • Pay Rate: £25,000 p/a (£12.82 p/h)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle payroll administration, including data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Efficiently manage ticket entry and related documentation.
  • Maintain and oversee weighbridge operations to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
