Grade UE05 £25,742 - £29,605 per annum. (A revised salary range for this grade of £27,979 - £32,332 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024).

College of Science & Engineering - Geosciences

Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week
**Contract type - Open ended (Permanent)


The Opportunity:


As Postgraduate Administrator, you will provide proactive administrative support for MScR and PhD applicants and students in the School of GeoSciences.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to work closely with students, academic staff and other professionals, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The role is based in the Grant Institute, King's Buildings.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and able to use initiative
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Flexible approach to work and willing to learn new things
  • Competent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office products
