Position Summary

Due to a move within the Experience and Events team, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join as an Administration Assistant on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

As an Administration Assistant you will provide effective and efficient administration support for the Experience and Events team.

The role ensures a smooth booking process for all experiences on the Estate and distributes required accurate booking information to all stakeholders across The Macallan Estate.

Job Description
Reporting to the Experience & Events Manager, the Administration Assistant is responsible for:

  • Ensuring completion of all information in Events Diary
  • Ensuring accurate capture of charges for each event and experience
  • Updating of bookings on appointed booking system
  • Taking and sharing minutes of planning meetings
  • Responsible for stationery order for the office
  • Handling postage and DHL deliveries
  • Effective filing of important information on the right system
  • Safe handling of consumer data as per company guidelines
  • All other general administration support as required
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you are IT Literate and have a good knowledge and experience of MS Office programmes.

You have exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You are a team player and have the ability to engage and interact with others confidently.
