Van Sales Consultant - eStar Truck and Van Knowsley.

eStar is the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van dealer group in the Northwest and North Wales. They are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced sales professional to join their growing Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Team.

Hours

Monday
Friday plus evening and Saturday working on a rota.
Normal working hours 9am 5.30pm
Based at Knowsley Head Office, Trafford Park, Deeside and other eStar sites as required.

The Role

You will be responsible for selling their exceptional range of Mercedes-Benz Vans, generating new business with local and national companies as well as maintaining existing customers.

About you

As a Van Sales Consultant, you will find that you are working with a team that drives the standard in customer care selling the most technologically advanced vehicles in the market.

How you'll Play Your Part:

- open the door to new customers who may never have considered a Mercedes-Benz Van previously.

You will be an expert in electric vehicles and a passion for technology.

- explain and demonstrate the key benefits of the Mercedes-Benz Van range.
- maximise the potential of package selling by promoting the advantages of Mercedes-Benz R&M contracts, low whole life costs and product reliability.
- demonstrate all aspects of the Mercedes-Benz product to the customer including body specifications using all the available marketing materials and demonstrators where possible.
- gain a full customer profile from local to national customers identifying their exact requirements.
- provide exceptional customer service throughout entire customer journey through to repurchase.

You will be highly motivated, and target driven with a competitive nature. You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills along with excellent persuasive and negotiation skills. You will have a positive, cando attitude, be selfmotivated, customer focused and be able to develop relationships effortlessly.

On Offer
Basic salary of £32,000 plus commission (uncapped) and bonus opportunities, company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
