Data Production Quality Lead


The Senior Account Services Director is a proven leader who is passionate about strategic marketing, big brands, and research-driven insights.

They have deep experience in communications-related consumer insights and have demonstrated success in delivering straightforward learnings that drive business growth.

The Senior Account Services Director is the face of MarketCast for our Fortune 100 clients and is responsible for the ultimate success of the research projects that we conduct.

They inspire the team to deliver excellent end products, providing thought leadership, meaningful analysis, and superlative client service. Strategically directing projects and fostering strong client relationships are essential day-to-day skills.


As a trusted company leader, the Senior Account Services Director also helps drive business impact that shapes the future of the company.

In an environment that is both agile and grounded in proven practices, the Director leads Task Forces to envision and develop new tools and ways of solving client problems.

They also represent MarketCast as a thought leader in the industry and play a role in both employee and business development.


Essential Duties:


  • Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service for assigned portfolio of brands
  • Direct project planning and implementation for multiple studies simultaneously
  • Ongoing consulting with advertisers to ensure maximum actionability of findings and use of best practices based on the knowledge database
  • Design research plan to meet client objectives (both standard and customized elements)
  • Oversight of various teams throughout project completion (i.e. Questionnaire Development Team, Field Team, Quality Control Team, IT Team, Data Processing Team and Client Service Team)
  • Supervise completion of report and conduct highlevel analysis including commentary, study highlights and recommendations
  • Presentation of results to client brand team and agencies
  • Management of junior and midlevel staff
  • Involvement in thought leadership in the industry, including attending/presenting of events and writing for publications as well as company published white papers and articles
  • Leading Task Forces to develop new methodologies and tools to fill gaps in the industry and help clients build stronger brands
  • Capabilities presentations and proposals to promote sales and business development efforts

We're looking for someone who:


  • Is an effective communicator
  • Precise attention to detail, able to maintain focus for prolonged periods of time and the ability to master the subtle variations in ad types are imperative for success
  • Demonstrates a high quality of work even on repetitive tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to find root causes and implement process changes or fixes
  • Ability to work with little direction and determine most value adding tasks each day
  • Is organized and proactive in data evaluations
  • A willingness to learn about various data collection systems and gain deep understanding of the processes included

Other Skills/Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) and minimum of 10 years' experience in a Consumer Insights or Advertising Research Role
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks according to business needs, and meet deadlines
  • A tendency toward inquisitiveness, critical thinking, and proactive problem solving
